Shipping, Refunds + Exchanges

SHIPPING:

Rubba Bubba aims to ship all products within 2-5 business days of receiving your order.

We ship ALL orders (within Australia) via Standard or Express Shipping based on your preference. All shipping within Australia is calculated as per destination in keeping with standard AusPost (or other courier) rates. 

Please note that during the Christmas and New Year season, there may be minor delays which are out of our control.

Shipping to New Zealand, UK, USA and other international countries is currently calculated as per destination. (Sorry! We're working on improving international shipping rates!!)

Please allow up to 30 days for overseas shipping.

Please note that we are not responsible for duties, taxes or Custom fees under any circumstances. If the order arrives to your country and there is no attempt made to deliver the package(s) to you, or you refuse to accept the package(s), we reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for refunds.

 

REFUNDS:

We offer refunds on full priced items purchased online that have arrived defective from the manufacturer, or damaged in transit, reported to us within 7 days of receipt of goods. If you have received defective or damaged products from us, please email us photos (ideally at least two pictures) of the damaged or defective product along with your proof of purchase (order confirmation email) and we will respond with next steps to process your claim.

Once your claim has been reviewed and processed, your payment will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) excluding the shipping costs associated with the order.

Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.

We do not offer refunds on any discounted items, sample or sale items, including any promotional discounts, OR on items disliked (change of mind) after purchase. Where an item doesn't fit properly, but there is no defect, we may, at our discretion, offer Store Credit in lieu of a refund. 

 

EXCHANGES:

We do not offer exchanges on Sale or Sample items. Sale, Sample and Clearance Items are considered Final Sale. 

We do not offer exchanges on any discounted items benefitting from a discount of 20% or more. 

We do accept exchanges for full priced items within 14 days of purchasing the item unless the item has not been worn, is intact and in its original packaging. We may offer store credit in lieu of an exchange where an exchange is unavailable. 

We do not offer exchanges on any discounted items, including any promotional discounts.

Return shipping will be at the customers expense.

Please be sure to measure your foot accurately and use the size guides provided on each product variant for guidance. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@rubbabubba.co to discuss this further.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

We are not responsible for incorrect destination information (wrong address), or if the package is undelivered, or missing. We ensure that each order is meticulously checked and verified against the shipping address details provided at the order confirmation page.

We are not responsible for "Unreceived" items when confirmation of delivery has been provided by our shipping couriers. While we endeavour to ensure all orders are delivered to your front door step, we cannot account for stolen items from your front door step. Please be advised we will do whatever we can to investigate 'un-received' items but will not offer refunds or exchanges in these circumstances.

We do not offer full refunds on any discounted items, including any promotional discounts, or on any items that are disliked after purchase. Please get in touch with us if you have any concerns.

Shipping notifications will be sent to your email address with updates. While we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for goods once signed for as this is deemed proof of delivery.

 

CARING FOR YOUR RUBBA BUBBA'S:

Caring for your Rubba Bubba's is easy. When they need it, simply give them a scrub with some cold water and soap and they will be ready to go again.

To keep in them in great condition, we recommend not leaving them for extended periods in hot conditions or direct sunlight.

Do not wash them in the washing machine or dishwasher (yes, people have tried this), as this will warp or shrink your shoe.
