In the SUPER unlikely event that your item has arrived to you in an unsatisfactory condition or is damaged upon arrival we will be glad to help fix it! They will return to their original state as they are worn in. 
We accept all Shopify supported payment methods. If you can't find your preferred payment method - hit us up at hello@rubbabubba.co. 
Rubba Bubba's love the water! Wear them at the beach, in the shower, and everywhere in-between! We recommend you give them a good rinse after they have been in the saltwater. Just don't use the dishwasher. (Yeah, people do that). 
Rubba Bubba's are made out of a product called EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate). EVA is a "rubber-like" material which is soft and super flexible. EVA is BPA free and does not contain nasty chlorides, metals and toxic substances.
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address supplied at checkout. Be sure to check your spam / promotions folders as sometimes our email may sneak into these folders. 
We aim to ship our products to your door within 2-9 business days using our standard shipping and 1-4 business days through express. Sit tight you will get your Rubba Bubba's in no time! EVA material can be a little stiff to start off with, so wear them in for a bit and you'll never want to take them off! If you want to get them shaped faster, throw them in some warm water for around 30 minutes and you will be walking on marshmallows in no time. Please note that if your Rubba Bubba's are slightly warped due to transit, they will return to their original state as they are worn in.
Caring for your Rubba Bubba footwear is easy. When they need it, simply give them a scrub with some cold water and soap, and they will be ready to go again. To keep in them in great condition, we recommend not leaving them for extended periods in hot conditions or direct sunlight. Do not wash them in the washing machine or dishwasher (yes, people have tried this), as this will warp or shrink your shoe. Do not bleach.
