Rubba's love the water! Wear them at the beach in the shower and everywhere in between! We recommend you give them a good rinse after they have been in the saltwater.
Rubba's are made out of product called EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate). EVA is a "rubber-like" material which is soft and super flexible. EVA is BPA free and does not contain nasty chlorides, metals and toxic substances.
EVA material can be a little stiff to start off with so wear them in for a bit and you'll never want to take them off! If you want to get them shaped faster, throw them in some warm water for around 30 minutes and you will be walking on marshmallows in no time. Please note that if your rubba's are slightly warped due to transit, do not stress they will return to their original state as they are worn in.
Caring for your rubba's is easy. When they need it, simply give them a scrub with some cold water and soap and they will be ready to go again. To keep in them in great condition, we recommend not leaving them for extended periods in hot conditions or direct sunlight. Do not wash them in the washing machine or dishwasher (yes, people have tried this), as this will warp or shrink your shoe. Do not bleach.
