WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Your Rubbas will be on the move typically within 1-2 business days. During busy periods however, it may take a day or 2 longer.

We’re speedy but always fashionably on time.

Pre-order items:
Please ensure to read the product page for a shipping estimate — we do our best to keep things crystal clear on when your Rubbas will arrive.

We’ll keep you in the loop once they’ve touched down in our hands and are heading out the door to you!
If your order includes a pre-order item and an in-stock pair of Rubbas, we’ll ship the in-stock goodies first — then send the pre-order item your way as soon as it lands at our HQ.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?


Right now, we ship to:
Australia, New Zealand, Norfolk Island, the United Kingdom, Jersey, the Isle of Man, France, Germany and Spain.We’ve had to hit pause on deliveries to North America (booo, we know!) but we’re working on getting things back up and running soon!If your country isn’t listed, get in touch here and we’ll see what magic we can work.

when you spend $100 AUD — because legends like you shouldn’t have to pay for postage!

Australia:

$11.99 Standard Shipping on orders under $100 AUD
(2-8 business days from dispatch)

$15.99 Express Shipping on orders under $100 AUD
(1-4 business days from dispatch)
International:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination on orders under $100 AUD.

International orders can take up to 30 days to arrive — but don’t worry, we’re working on making things faster (and cheaper) for you!

INCORRECT ADDRESS?

Double-check those deets before you confirm your checkout!

We can’t take responsibility for lost orders if the address entered is incorrect or incomplete — and that’s a heartbreak we all want to avoid.

UNRECEIVED ORDER?


Marked as "delivered" but nothing at your door? If your tracking says it’s arrived but you haven’t seen a thing — we feel you.

We’ll do everything we can to help chase it up, but unfortunately: 

  • We can’t refund or replace items once they’re marked as delivered
  • We can’t take responsibility for packages stolen after delivery

If your parcel requires a signature, once it’s signed for, it’s officially considered delivered. Make sure you’re available or have a safe drop-off spot!

CUSTOMS, DUTIES + TAXES

Rubba Bubba isn’t responsible for any international duties, taxes, or customs fees — that’s between you and your country.

If a package gets refused or no one makes an attempt to collect it, we reserve the right to abandon it (tragic, we know!) and sadly no refunds will be able to be issued.

PEAK SEASON DELAYS


During wild times like Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year, things can get a little hectic out there — so your Rubbas might take a smidge longer to arrive.
