RETURNS POLICY (AUSTRALIA + NEW ZEALAND):

At Rubba Bubba, we want you to be totally stoked about your purchase!
If you’re not head-over-heels, we’ve got you covered with a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
You may choose an exchange, refund, or store credit (details below on eligibility).

Requirements:
To ensure a smooth return, items must be in their original condition — unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging attached.
We recommend trying your shoes on a carpeted surface to keep them in pristine condition.

Important:
Returns not following these guidelines are at Rubba Bubba's discretion and may incur a restocking fee or be refused. 

EXCHANGES


Got the wrong size? Not quite the colour you hoped? No worries!
We accept exchanges on full-price and sale items.
Items marked ‘final sale’ at time of purchase are not eligible for exchange.

How It Works:

  • Go to our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery.
  • Select "Exchange item"
  • Choose to exchange for a different size, colour or style of equal or lesser value.
  • Just make sure they’re unworn, in original condition, and sent back to us within the return window and we'll hook you up!

Shipping Fees for Exchanges:

  • We cover shipping for full-price items.
  • For sale items, a flat rate of $11.99 AUD within Australia, and $28 AUD to New Zealand applies.

CHANGE OF MIND


Changed your mind? No biggie!
We accept returns for change of mind on full-price items only.

How It Works:

  • Go to our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery.
  • Select "Change of mind"
  • Choose between an exchange or store credit — no questions asked!
  • Just make sure they’re unworn, in original condition, and sent back to us within the return window and we'll hook you up!

Shipping Fees for Change of Mind: 

  • We cover shipping for full-price items.
  • For sale items, a flat rate of $11.99 AUD within Australia, and $28 AUD to New Zealand applies.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM


We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty, damaged or incorrect item.

If your Rubbas arrived faulty, damaged, or not quite what you ordered, we’ve got you!


How It Works:

  • Visit the Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery.
  • Select "Faulty / damaged item" or "Incorrect item received"
  • Upload a pic and a quick description of the issue
  • Our quality assurance team will review it to confirm the claim and we might ask you to send the item back to us.
  • We’ll prioritise getting it assessed and offer either an exchange, refund, or store credit.

Just a heads up — if your Rubbas look a little warped upon arrival. That’s just their way of saying hello after a long trip! Thanks to the magic of EVA foam, they’ll bounce back to their proper shape once you start wearing them.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked ‘final sale’ or 'clearance' cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. These items are deeply discounted, so please double-check the details before purchasing.

RETURNS SHIPPING

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to return your items, as we’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered parcels.

  • After initiating a return, you have 10 days to post your item back to us.
    Returns sent after this time will not be accepted.

  • For multiple exchanges on the same order, you will be responsible for covering all shipping costs after the first exchange.

PROCESSING TIME

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 5 days and send you an email with the details of your processed return.
